Cantata Workshops Below are the dates of our three workshops this season. Choose your part, Select whether or not you wish to be considered for a solo part, and click "Register" next to each listing. You'll be taken to Paypal where you can safely enter your credit card information. If you want to register for more than one at the same time, just click "Continue shopping" on the Paypal site and you'll return here to do it all again for another workshop. If you're interested in one of the vocal solo parts, don't forget to provide references. After you've registered through Paypal, return to this page and click "References" at the bottom. In the column to the left are two links where you can download music of the cantatas in PDF format for free. The first (bach-cantatas.com) contains the vocal parts with a keyboard reduction of the orchestra. Quite useful for singers. Once there, click on the word "Scores" and find the cantata number. The second (Bach Gesellschaft) is a full score published about a century ago (now in the public domain). Useful for instrumentalists to find their part or others who like to see everything going on. Clicking on this link will take you to a page where you can download the score. Also, click on the FREE WORKSHOP CONCERT TICKETS link on the left and dowload a page of tickets you can distribute to your friends and family so they can come hear you sing or play. |
